Delivery:

All orders ship within 48 hours in Ireland (Mon-Fri). Securely packaged and fully insured.

• Uk and Northern Ireland, Delivery in 3-4 working days
• Rest of Europe delivery in 5-8 working days
• Worldwide customers delivery in 14-18 working days

• USA customers, Standard delivery can take between 14-20 working days. The express delivery takes 3-4 Working days 

USA Delivery Update

Due to additional customs clearance and tariff processing requirements in the USA, delivery times are currently 14–20 working days.

As part of our delivery service, we cover all applicable US customs duties and tariffs on your behalf. Our courier handles the customs clearance and payment of these charges, which can result in additional processing time depending on US customs procedures.

Please allow 14–20 working days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note:

* Additional customs duties and charges for deliveries to countries outside the EU (third countries) shall be borne by the customer.

* Delivery time can take a bit longer due to current situation with logistics, limited logistics services, backlogs at the ports and depots.

* The Muzikkon goods must be thoroughly inspected by the customer or an authorized individual, upon receipt, in order to detect any transportation damage. The customer must ensure that any transportation and packaging damage detected is confirmed and reported in writing by the carrier upon delivery.

* Muzikkon asks that all returns must be returned in the original packaging so please keep the packaging for up to 30days to ensure you are satisfied.

We also ask that customers notify us of any clearly identifiable transportation damage within 24 hours of receipt of instruments for replacement or free repair. Defects or any other damage caused by negligent or improper treatment of the goods, improper installation, the use of unsuitable accessories or changes made to the original parts by the customer or a third party not commissioned by Muzikkon are not covered by the warranty.

Please note that our shipping and insurance are not valid after 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
